1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Setta, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not continue using the App.

2. Purpose

Setta helps rehearse campsite layouts, organize gear, and record field lessons. Wind, drainage, fire-distance, and layout guidance is for planning only. It does not replace field judgment, official weather alerts, campsite rules, or professional safety advice.

3. Local Accounts

A Setta 1.0 account separates workspaces on the current device and is not an internet account. Setta does not provide remote verification, password recovery, cross-device synchronization, or cloud restoration.

4. Your Content

You retain your rights to content you add and must have permission to use each text, photo, and video. This version stores content only on your device unless you deliberately export it through an iOS system feature.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use Setta to store illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, explicit, fraudulent, spam, or dangerous content. Local filtering, hiding, and source controls help manage records on the current device.

6. Availability and Liability

Setta is provided as available. We take reasonable care with the product but cannot guarantee recovery after device failure, uninstalling, system cleanup, user error, or events outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, you remain responsible for decisions and conduct during outdoor activity.

7. Ending Use and Deletion

You may stop using Setta or delete a local account at any time. See Account & Data Deletion for the deletion scope.
